What we need
Teaching Space
Comfortable area where everyone can sit around with elbow room
Flat workspace
Clean countertop or table for dough handling
Oven
Clean, with one rack, able to reach 500°F
Kitchen Sink
Clean, empty, with plug and hand soap (reserved for class use)
Students bring:
• Favorite mixing bowl (2-3 quarts) to take dough home
• Small jar for starter
Good to know...

Morning or early afternoon classes work best, as students need about 4 hours after class to finish their loaves at home

Evening classes available if you prefer — we'll teach you how to "pause" the process overnight

Feel free to serve simple snacks during class (cheese, charcuterie, etc.)

We handle all teaching dishes — you just handle student dishes and areas
